Who is responsible

FERRIFEX LTD is responsible for the personal information you give us through this site or in a direct enquiry. You can contact us at ferrifexltd@gmail.com or at our registered office below.

What we collect

• When you email us or otherwise contact us: your name, contact details, message and any information you choose to share in later replies. Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless necessary.
• When you visit: limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site may be processed by our website host, such as an IP address and request details.

We do not use enquiries to sign you up for email marketing. We do not ask for payment information on this website. The website enquiry form is currently paused.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to read and respond to your request, discuss a possible project and prepare a quote. For an individual asking us to quote, this is generally a step you requested before a possible contract. For business enquiries and routine follow-up, we also have a legitimate interest in replying and keeping a short record of the conversation; we balance that interest against your privacy. If a project proceeds, we use the information needed to deliver the agreed work and meet applicable legal duties.

We use limited site-request information to operate and protect the website. We have not configured site analytics or advertising trackers.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and handles technical requests such as IP addresses and request details. Google provides the Gmail inbox we use to receive and reply to emails. We do not sell enquiry details, and the website does not currently send submissions through a form provider.

Our Contact page also links to WhatsApp and Cal.com for direct contact or booking. Those services are separate websites; if you choose them, their own privacy information applies. Our portfolio videos are hosted with this website rather than through embedded third-party players.

Processing outside the UK

Cloudflare and Google may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Both describe their participation in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for relevant US transfers and other safeguards where applicable. You can read Cloudflare’s transfer information and Google’s transfer information, or contact us if you need more information about safeguards for your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries that do not become projects and delete them 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless we need a longer period for a legal obligation or a specific dispute. If a project goes ahead, its records may be kept for longer where needed for delivery, accounting or legal reasons; the period depends on the record and applicable requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or correct your information and, where the law applies, to erase or restrict its use. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interests. The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests is drawn to your attention separately here. Some rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis.

Email ferrifexltd@gmail.com to make a request or raise a data-protection concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would welcome a chance to address your concern first.
