Cancellations and Refunds
There is no checkout on this site. The agreed proposal sets out the terms for each paid project, alongside your legal rights.

Before a project starts
You can ask questions or request a quote without placing an order. We will explain the proposed work, price, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements before a paid project is agreed. There is no fixed deposit or automatic “no refunds on custom work” rule on this website.
If you need to cancel or change a project
Contact us as soon as possible at ferrifexltd@gmail.com. We will review the accepted proposal, work already done and any applicable legal rights, then explain any payment due or refund. A cancellation charge, if applicable, must be fair and reflect the circumstances; we do not assume that every amount already paid is non-refundable.
If you are an individual consumer
For a qualifying contract for services agreed at a distance, UK law generally gives a consumer a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after the contract is made. There are exceptions and special rules. If you want us to start services during that period, we will first ask for your express request and explain any proportionate cost that may be payable if you cancel after work has begun. If the service is completed during the cancellation period, the rules about losing the cancellation right require the relevant express request and acknowledgement. We will explain these points in the project agreement where relevant.
You can cancel by sending a clear statement to ferrifexltd@gmail.com; you do not have to use special wording. We will confirm receipt. We will also provide any legally required cancellation information and model form when a qualifying contract is made. This page does not limit your statutory rights, including rights if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
If you are buying for a business
Business-project cancellation and payment arrangements will be set out in the accepted proposal or contract. If those terms do not answer a question, contact us and we will address it against the actual work and applicable law.
Refund requests
Email us with your name, the project and why you are requesting a refund. We will review the request and explain the outcome. Any refund due will be handled using an agreed method and in line with applicable law. We do not require you to waive legal rights to raise a concern.
