Using this website
You may browse this site and contact us about a project. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful material. The website is provided for general information; we aim to keep it accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every example will suit your project.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or require you to pay. Website descriptions and any starting prices are not a binding offer. We will discuss your needs and set out the scope, deliverables, timetable, price, payment terms, revisions and any specific rights or licences in a separate proposal or contract. A project begins only when its terms are accepted as agreed.
If there is a conflict between these website-use terms and an accepted project agreement, the project agreement governs the paid work, subject to applicable law. See Cancellations and Refunds for general information about ending work and consumer rights.
Website content and examples
Our site includes our branding, illustrations, videos and FERRIFEX studio samples. Rights in those materials may belong to FERRIFEX LTD or another rights holder. Viewing them here does not give you permission to copy, republish or reuse them. If you want to use any material, ask us first.
Links and videos from other services
Some links take you to other websites, including WhatsApp and Cal.com. We do not control those services or their policies. The FERRIFEX introduction video is hosted with this website. See our Privacy and Cookies pages for more information.

These website-use terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
